Legacy Communications Incorporated operates MerchaFlow. This notice explains what information the service uses and how to contact us about it.
Information in the service
When you create or use a workspace, we store account details such as names, email addresses, password hashes, shop details, staff roles, and session records. Your shop may also enter product, customer, order, payment-status, fulfillment, and activity information. We do not ask for payment-card or bank credentials in the current product.
How we use it
We use this information to run your workspace, keep accounts secure, let authorized staff collaborate, generate records such as receipts, provide support, and maintain and improve the service. If you arrive through a campaign link, we may record its source, medium, and campaign label with a new shop signup so we can count which campaigns led to signups and first sales. This does not require a third-party advertising tracker.
Cookies and access
MerchaFlow uses essential session and security cookies to keep you signed in and protect account actions. Shop owners choose which staff to invite. Staff access is limited by role. Our hosting and database providers process service information as needed to operate and back up the website.
Keeping and removing information
We keep account and shop records while a workspace is active and as needed for security, support, legal obligations, and recovery from backups. To request access, correction, or deletion of information, contact us. We may need to verify your identity and preserve records we are required to keep.
