Service terms
These terms describe the current MerchaFlow service provided by Legacy Communications Incorporated. Please read them before creating a shop workspace.
Your account and shop records
You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and use the service lawfully. Shop owners are responsible for inviting staff appropriately and for the product, customer, and order information their team enters. Please do not upload unlawful material or information you are not allowed to use.
What the service does today
MerchaFlow helps you record products, inventory, customers, orders, staff activity, fulfillment, and payment status. Marking an order “paid” records your team’s statement; MerchaFlow does not currently charge a customer or independently verify a payment. Downloadable receipts reflect the information entered for an order and are not proof that a payment processor settled funds.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and may make changes to improve security and features. Like any online service, it may be interrupted for maintenance or technical issues. Keep your own copies of business records that you need for accounting or legal purposes. If we make material changes to these terms, we will update this page.
